Vernon County Man Dead In Accident

A rural Hillsboro man is dead after a single car accident last
night in Vernon County. 59 year old Joseph Verbsky was driving in the Town of
Greenwood when he lost control of his car. After coming around a curve
the car went off of the road and followed the shoulder of the road as it
continued down an embankment. Verbsky went through a set of small
trees.......struck the bottom of the embankment and was thrown from the
car.
Verbsky was not wearing his seatbelt. He was later pronounced dead
at the scene by the Vernon County Coroner’s Office.
This marks Vernon County’s 10th traffic fatality for the year of 2012.
