Lebsch Waives Extradition Back To Wisconsin


A Minnesota man charged with killing two La Crosse men, did not fight

extradition back to Wisconsin to face the charges. 39 year old Jeffery Lebsch was in a Winona County Courtroom this morning and sat with his newly appointed public defender during the extradition hearing.


The judge made way for Winona County Sheriff's Deputies to transfer Lebsch to the La Crosse County jail....when that will be in unknown at this time. The Dakota man faces charges in the murders of 56 year old Paul Petras and his 19 year old son, A.J. Lepsch at May's Photo in downtown La Crosse back in September.
