Campaign hardball comes to a state senate race in western Wisconsin.  A campaign flier circulated by the Shilling for Senate campaign digs up a 12 year-old arrest of republican senate candidate Bill Feehan.  Feehan was charged with battery in a domestic dispute but that charge was dismissed.  The Shilling flier, however, repeats the allegations as if they were proven.  Not surprised, says Feehan

Feehan pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct in the dispute.
