Not a Long Walk to Jail for Probation Violator

Among the people found passed out on the ground in
recent days in La
Crosse, was a 21 year-old police had to roust out of the
grass early Friday morning. The guy was solidly drunk. Blew a
.27 on the breathalyzer. Not good, because conditions of his probation
means he wasn't supposed to be drinking. Cops cuffed the guy to haul him
in. Didn't have to go far. He was passed out in the grass...at the
jail.
