Nearly Anywhere You Live is Better

Just three properties in La Crosse have been ticketed under the city's new public nuisance ordinance.  But we've learned that police have warned landlords of as many as 15 other properties that they could be next.  Meanwhile, only one property in the city has been tagged as the worst of the worst.

La Crosse police lieutenant Pat Hogan refers to 1321 south 4th street.  Dozens and dozens of police calls this year to that address.  Several just this past week-end.  No other property in La Crosse even comes close to that, says Hogan.
