Habitat for Humanity Starts Repair Program

There's sagging rooflines throughout La Crosse.  Rotting porches.  Houses badly in need of paint.  A new program might be able to help with some of that.  Habitat for Humanity's Critical Home Repair program aims to help low income homeowners do their own repairs.

Cory Skolaski heads Habitat for Humanity in La Crosse.  She explects plenty of applicants.  There are income requirements and, like the Habitat home-building program, she expects the homeowners to help with the repairs.
