United Way Goes For Another 2 Million Goal

Here's a sure sign of fall...another United Way campaign has begun in La Crosse.

For the third straight year, the Great Rivers United Way is aiming for a donation total above two million dollars. But agency director James Falvey wants people to look beyond the money, at the mission of the United Way members, to take care of your neighbors.

Falvey says 12 local companies in the Pacesetter campaign already have raised close to 900-thousand dollars...nearly halfway to the new goal.
