La Crosse Labor Day Parade Details

This year’s Labor Day celebration in La Crosse starts with a ten block family friendly parade starting at the corner of Gillette & Kane at 10 a.m.

As La Crosse’s family friendly parade, participants in the parade will be tossing out candies and other items to children and there will be no alcohol consumed along the parade route. This year’s Parade Marshall is Dale Anderson, President of ATU 519. After the parade the celebration will move on to Copeland Park with free games, face painting, and free sawdust pile searches for the kids. As in years past, BINGO games will be conducted by the La Crosse Firefighters Local 127. There will be soda, beer, brats, and snacks for sale. The celebration is due to, and in honor of, the hard working men and women of the Coulee Region.
