Dog Attacks Terrorize Some in City

La Crosse isn't exactly going to the dogs.  But there's been a couple attacks in the last few days that may make it seem so.  There was the 82 year-old woman out for a morning walk on the city's southside who was charged by two big black dogs.  They got a piece fo each of her legs.  She was treated at the hospital and given rabies and tetanus shots.  And there's the pit bull and the lab duo running free on the northside.  Neighbors fear them.  Children run from them.  And the owner doesn't seem to be in control of them.  The two ran after an older couple unloading their car in the morning, chasing them inside their house.  The owner of those dogs has been warned he might lose them.
