District Allows Boy Scouts To Rent......Is It Ok

The Boy Scouts of America have reaffirmed its policy of excluding gays. But does that have an impact on renting school buildings where there are discrimination policy's in place?

La Crosse School Superintendent, Randy Nelson, says the Boy Scouts do rent buildings from the district for different events. But what about their policy against those that discriminate?

Nelson says after years of court cases nationwide.....they have to follow in line with renting to organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs and Parks and Recreation. The Scouts’ say that the exclusion policy is absolutely the best policy for the 102 year old organization.
