Burglary Suspect Will Serve Jail Term For Past Police Encounter

Anthony Lee already was stuck in jail on a high cash bond, for an alleged break-in and a fight with La Crosse police last month...

Now, Lee has an eight-month jail sentence to serve for running from a cop two years ago. Before his July arrest, Lee had gone missing for nearly a year after a domestic incident. he apologized in court today for his behavior.


Lee's family tells Judge Elliott Levine that the 23-year-old sometimes gets into trouble when he goes off medication.
