New Report Cards Coming In Fall

Wisconsin schools are now working to implement a new system of assessing a school's effectiveness after Wisconsin was granted a flexibility waiver from No Child Left Behind.





And Randy Nelson of the La Crosse Schools says he's all for it.

In order to bridge the current Wisconsin standardized student test to the new Smarter Balanced System, a one time adjustment has been made to align the current exam with the National Assessment of Educational Progress proficiency benchmarks.
