Koula's Alibi Is Not Shaken

Two days of questioning on the witness stand did not shake Eric Koula from his position of innocence in the shooting deaths of his parents.

During testimony on Tuesday, Koula did say that failing to tell police about signing his father's name to a 50-thousand dollar check might make him appear guilty. Prosecutor Gary Freyberg (FRY-berg) also accused Eric Koula of steering police away from the main suspect...Koula faking the threatening note which said 'Fixed You':

Koula became emotional at times on Tuesday, but mostly he challenged the prosecution's questions and repeated standard answers about his actions around the time his parents were killed.
