Frederick Lomprey IV isn't doing anything to further endear himself to La Crosse police.   Cops last week sent out notice that Lomprey is a wanted man, looking for help from the public to find him.  Lomprey appears to be on the run and in need of money.  In the last several days he's broken into the houses of old friends, stealing some of their electronics, presumably to pawn for cash.  The 27 year-old Lomprey was wanted for several other crimes prior to the recent thefts and appears to be still in the area.
