Tribute To Hougom Still Planned Tonight, After Arrests Of Murder Suspects

The arrests of two men for a March murder in La Crosse have come, by coincidence, just a day before a memorial event in honor of the victim.
The 'Light Up the Sky' tribute to Sara Hougom is still planned for tonight at the Fox Hollow golf course of Barre Mills. Yesterday, two young men were brought to court on charges of killing Hougom during an apparent robbery attempt at her apartment.
The Fox Hollow event is expected to include the release of balloons carrying L-E-D lights. It begins at 6 p.m.
