The court sides with a Trempealeau County judge in calling for a man known as 'Charles O.' to be committed. Charles appealed his commitment, challenging the opinions of doctors that he's dangerous when he's off his medication. But the appeals judges agreed with the doctors, who studied Charles and testified that if he doesn't take his meds, he stops working and doesn't take care of himself.
