GET Coach's Attorney Pleased With Dismissal Of Abuse Charge

A case that never should have gone to court...

That's how a defense attorney for G-E-T middle school coach Brady Olson describes the felony child abuse charge that Olson had been facing. The coach and teacher was accused of harming the girls on his basketball team by putting dry ice on their skin. Attorney Jim Birnbaum says the judge made the right decision by throwing out the charge.


Birnbaum says Olson will continue to challenge the misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, hoping to get that count dismissed as well.
