Huebsch Has To Plan Budget, Recall Or No Recall

Madison doesn't shut down when the Legislature ends its session for the year...

State administration secretary Mike Huebsch is busy trying to assemble a budget for the years 2014 and '15. Huebsch says that in just over a year in charge, Governor Walker and legislative Republicans have changed the process for making spending fit the money that's available.

Speaking on WIZM's La Crosse Talk, the former West Salem lawmaker says the recall campaign against Walker will have no immediate impact on his agency's work. Huebsch says his office will have to oversee the budget process, no matter who is elected governor.
