The horse got the worst of it...
Rescue workers had to lift an Amish buggy off a horse, after the buggy and animal went down a slope near Viroqua yesterday. The two people in the buggy were able to jump out in time before the spill along Helgeson Road. Only minor injuries reported to the horse.
