Lull in Supreme Court Justice Does Not Mean Investigation is Over

An attempt by the legislature to remove a Wisconsin state supreme court justice has ended.  But justice Michael Gableman still could face some punishment for ethical lapses.  From the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, Mike McCabe says the judicial commission is considering how Gableman failed to divulge free legal help he got from a law firm but still ruled on cases in which the firm was a part.  Probably shouldn't have done that, says McCabe

Gableman got the free legal help to deal with a previous accusation of judicial misconduct.
