Full Referendum Ballot for La Crosse Voters in Spring

They're just advisory referendums.  But they're already causing a rift among La Crosse city council members.  The council has approved sending advisory measures to the spring ballot regarding billboards and city council size.  City councilman Jim Bloedorn is upset the issues got pushed through the approval process so quickly

A binding referendum on hiring a city administrator will also be on the city ballot for April.   Next month, the council will decide whether the mayor's salary gets cut in half if the administrator is approved by voters.
