Council to Vote on Possible Billboard Referendum

Multiple referendums could face La Crosse voters in April.  One will ask whether the city should have a top administrator.  But three advisory referendum questions could get approval this week by the city council.  With all of them focused on billboards



Bob Seaquist heads the committee charged with coming up with new sign rules in the city.  The city's been under an electronic sign moratorium for months while the committee has worked on the new rules.
