La Crosse to Decide Whether to Help Pay for Exit 3 Study

La Crosse might put in some money to pay for a new study.  This one would consider whether it makes sense to move interstate exit 3 in order to spark some economic life in the area.  Just a few thousand dollars for the study but moving the exit could have a huge impact, says Andrea Richmond whose district covers the exit 3 area

The council this month will vote on whether to help pay for a study.  The DOT already has plans in place for rebuilding the aging interchange.

Watch what local real estate investors get behind this. Gerrard? Hoeschler? Who owns the property that would "spark economic life" in the area.
