Homeless Memorial In La Crosse Wednesday

A memorial will be held later today in La Crosse that looks back on the homeless people that have died over the past year. It's a national event held by the Salvation Army and as Kathy Bolling explains, the ceremony has grown since 2008 as has the number of the homeless population.

It starts at 4pm at the Salvation Army 223 N. 8th St. in La Crosse. A free meal follows the program.
