Spring Referendum a Go on City Administrator

Spring elections could get a little more interesting in La Crosse in the coming year.  The city council has given final approval to holding a spring referendum to decide whether the city adds a top administrator.  Which is very clearly the right way to go for La Crosse, according to city council member, Chris Olson

Olson is one of the council members to propose a top administrator for city hall.  He's convinced he had the votes to pass the issue at the council level but decided the public should make the call.
