Another Committee Says Yes To City Administrator

Two for two now on the plan for a city administrator in La Crosse.  A second city council committee has last night given the go ahead on a proposal to add a top level manager in city hall and take away some of the duties from the mayor's office.   Like the first committee vote, this one is also nearly unanimous with one abstention.  In the two committee meetings, a total of ten city council members have said yes to the city administrator proposal which now goes to the full council on Tuesday.  Twelve votes overall are needed to approve the change to the city's form of government.
