Late Sessions Bring Out The Tempers In Madison
Members of Wisconsin's Assembly might be sleeping in today. That's after back to back days of late nights and early mornings in the state capitol. And it was apparent that some were getting fiesty around 1:30 this morning.
Democratic Minority Leader Peter Barca accused the GOP of ignoring the Assembly's tradition of not interrupting the other party's caucuses. After Republican Jeff Fitzgerald responded to Barca, someone in the audience then yelled an obscenity at Fitzgerald, and the speaker pro-tem had the gallery cleared.
