Stratman Will Not Ask To Delay Homicide Trial

There will be no delay in the Trisha Stratman trial...

Stratman's attorney has filed a letter with the La Crosse County clerk of courts requesting no change in the trial schedule, or in jury selection. On Thursday, a judge denied a motion by attorney Jordan Loeb's to dismiss the homicide charge against the former sheriff's deputy. Loeb's letter says Stratman expects the jury selection to begin November 7th as planned, with a jury chosen in La Crosse County. Stratman is accused of speeding on the way to a police call last year and crashing into another car driven by teenager Brandon Jennings, who died in the collision.
